the Paris catacombs
probably one of the creepiest things ive ever read or heard about. has anybody ever visited the catacombs of Paris? there are about 187 miles of tunnels underneath Paris, but only a small portion open to tourists. i wouldnt mind visiting the catacombs myself if i ever went to Paris, but i wouldnt dare venture further than what im authorized. i couldnt imagine going 300 feet underground, and my flashlight going out. you would be pretty much dead on the spot. not to mention with millions of other corpes surrounding you. this is a pretty interesting read. Paris has quite the history.
