I actually know the guy who threw that up there. Dusty, an old member on AF. You can read his concert report on the fanpage to get all the details.

Anyway, yeah there definitely has been some banter with the audience cut out, though not that much. It varied from show to show, of course. And I'd say about 5 or so different performances, plus a rehearsal or two (read about one in Ron's concert report) were filmed for the DVD.
