Default Alizée like you've never heard her before!

Don't get excited, it's nothing like that.

I just woke up from a cold-nyquil-coughing sleep and decided to check up on here and listen to some Zée.

For some odd reason, I just got the fantastic idea of listening to a few songs with my Bose headphones (which I've had for like two months now) for the first time.

Gourmandises... sounds pretty cool.

Mes Courants... JPVA and a few others sound pretty cool too.

Psychédélices and UEdS... holy crap...

Listening to those two albums (you can say "Stereo me up Scotty!" ten times fast) is like being in some crazy Alizée-Technozée surreal dimension of pure Frenglish awesomeness.

Particularly Limelight and Les Collines... they sound freaking PHENOMENAL.

Have you ever seen The Big Lebowski? Remember those trippy dream sequences?

Listening to Les Collines through Bose (or insert other high quality brand) headphones is like that to the 5,060th power.

So, you finally discovered the pros of listening Alizée with good quality headphones. I must admit that I use only headphones. Try different equalizer settings, sometimes listening in a bit other way is awesome

I don't know about you guys, but I find that just listening to her music via ipod, and listening to her as you watch the music video feel different.

And I don't just mean different quality headphone qualities either.

No? Just me?

I should look into those... when in the car, all I do is crank up the volume as loud as it'll go and sing my heart out(which isn't pleasant to the ears. ).

Goes without saying that the audio quality coming from my car isn't the best.

I agree completely, and not just in regards to Alizee... ALL MV's I watch have this effect. Umm, but yeah, I have a super bad-arsenal (still nothing? Google arsenal, biznitches!) speaker system in my car. But my car is at my dad's, and I haven't been there at all since discovering Alizee. I am going there this weekend, though, so I will play it then! My dad is super-old-school-country, and he only ever hears anything else when he is playing a rap cd to test my bass. So, I am gonna open his eyes! He doesn't yet know of Alizee. When he hears Moi... Lolita the first time, he will probably laugh or say 'Turn that s$@& off!' lol not angry, just jokingly... But it's my car! Can't wait to hear Decollage with proper bass! And ACC! Lock the doors, close the windows, turn volume all the way up, and JAM THE FUDGE OUT!
