I think some people would say that irregardless who Mylene takes on after Alizee. Would that be so bad tho? You can use that as an advantage as there are definetly some resemblance there (your age, the dark hair and big eyes)

about that Alizee thing, maybe you are right, but it would be really cool to be totally original. but it's impossible if i would work with Mylene because people would definitely see resemblences between me and Alizee. eh it sounds like crazy talk lol

Well really anything is possible, the only thing that you need to do is go for it! because you may may be with Mylene in the future or you may be with some one different, buts it not hard to try.

No matter how you start, people are going to compare you to somebody who's already established. And some of the comparisons will be ridiculous. Look how many times Alizée was compared to Britney Spears or to Mylène herself, and really she's not much like either of those. And we know she'd love to be compared to Madonna, but she's not much like her, either.

It takes time to generate an original style, so that people then compare newcomers to you. That other crap is just paying your dues.

I'm listening to James Blunt right now on radio atlantis and I was just thinking how different or original his voice is, but then it occurred to me how much he sounds like Elton John (is that who I'm thinking of?). thanks for your kind comments and i know that only thing i can do,just to do everything i can for it. since it is my biggest dream and i have amazing supporters (you all) about an hour ago i called to my singing teacher and asked if i can record a song,she said "anytime" so youpidoo the first step is done :]
