Alizée's Big Birthday Bash Extravaganza
 

The cake is in the oven, and that's not even code for anything.

I've just uploaded the first pictures from this year's cake bake. Pictures are from my cell phone, which means that they're poor quality (great quality compared to last year's hand-drawn pictures). Also, the pictures are large. Fuck if I'm about to go change it.

The most Expensive Ingredients I could find for our darling: $2.79 each

Preheating the oven.

3 BC eggs. I'll find out if I fished all of the shells out of the mix when I eat it.

My Nightwish DVD. It's excellent, but not related to the festivities.

The mix just before I put it in the oven (just kidding).

Licking the mix off of the spatula. It occurred to me later than I just ate raw eggs. Ah well, at least I can finally prove that I don't have massive nose hair.

The cake (or, if you prefer "holy shit, these pictures are a lot worse than they were on the phone"). If you look closely, you probably wont see that the cake is only up to ~1/4 of the pan. I didn't know if the size of the pan would present an issue, so I called my mom but decided to try it anyway. I ended the call before she picked it up and played the incident off as an accident.

KISS and the cake. They made sure I followed the directions. Look how fucking cute they are.

Licking the mix off of the stove (I couldn't see it in the camera on my phone so I ended up just smearing it and cleaning it up with paper towel).

Edit: Note that this cake cost about $6 because the main ingredient, love, was free.
